3. Data We Collect and Why (Focus on Reservations)

3.1. Data Collected via Inquiry/Reservation Form

When you send us an inquiry or make a reservation, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number.

  • Dates of stay and number of persons.

Purpose: Solely for processing your reservation, communicating stay details, and executing the rental agreement.

3.2. Data for Statutory Registration (eVisitor)

In accordance with Croatian law, we must collect and process the personal data of all guests for registration in the eVisitor system. This data includes:

  • Name, surname, gender.

  • Date of birth, address of residence.

  • Citizenship, type and number of identification document.

Purpose: To fulfill our legal obligation under the regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

4. Cookies and Embedded Content

  • Cookies: Our website uses essential (technical) cookies for basic functionality. Non-essential cookies (e.g., analytical/marketing) are used only with your explicit consent via the Cookie Banner.

  • Embedded Content: Embedded content from other websites (such as Google Maps or YouTube) behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the other website, which may collect data about you.
