Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Deposit: A mandatory, non-refundable deposit of  30% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The reservation is only secured after the deposit has been successfully received.

1.2. Final Payment and Payment Methods: The remaining balance of  70% must be settled using one of the following methods:

  • Cash Payment: The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival (check-in).

  • Bank Transfer/Card Payment: If the Guest chooses to pay by bank transfer or card, the full remaining balance must be paid to the Owner’s bank account no later than one (1) day before the arrival date.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by Guest:

  • Cancellation at any time after the deposit has been paid: The paid deposit is non-refundable.

  • Voucher Issuance: Instead of a monetary refund, the Owner will issue the Guest a Voucher equal to the value of the paid deposit.

  • Voucher Usage Terms: The Voucher can be used for a new reservation at Villa Adore within 18  months] from the cancellation date. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to date availability.

2.2. Cancellation by Owner: In the unlikely event that the Owner must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received (including the deposit) will be fully refunded to the Guest.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in Time: 4:00 PM – 23:00PM

3.2. Check-out Time: until 10:00AM

3.3. Late Check-out: Any request for a late check-out must be approved in advance by the Owner. If the Guest notifies the Owner in advance, no additional fee will be charged (subject to the villa’s availability).

4. Guest Responsibilities and House Rules

4.1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted in the villa is  8 persons. This number must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

4.2. Noise/Disturbance: Guests must ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially  after 11:00 PM. Disturbance to neighbors is strictly forbidden.

4.3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

4.4. Pets: Pets are allowed strictly upon request and with prior written consent from the Owner. Guests must inform the Owner of the pet type and size before reservation confirmation. The Owner reserves the right to refuse the stay of any pet without providing a reason.

4.5. Damages: The Guest is responsible for all damages, breakages, or losses to the property and its contents occurring during the rental period. The Guest must immediately report any damage to the Owner.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1. Owner’s Liability: The Owner shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or accident to the Guest or any member of the party, or any property damage or loss during the stay.

5.2. Guest Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover, before their trip.
